I would like to integrate Pronto with my Bigcommerce website and desperately need your help. I noticed you have a lot of Bigcommerce integrations, so I'm hoping you can help me get an integration going with Pronto. Please let me know how I can help, and I'll do all I can. Thank you.
I find it crazy sometimes how we get requests for these integrations. I have to be honest, I hadn't heard of Pronto before, and just this week, we get two integration requests for the same point of sale system. We have not yet talked with Pronto, so we don't know at this time how we need to approach an integration with Bigcommerce.
Yes, we would love your help. If you read the other article, you'll see we like to talk to the POS company. Getting our developers to talk to their developers really does make all the difference in the world. Could you please e-mail your representative at Pronto to let them know you're interested in getting Pronto integrated with Bigcommerce. Just copy me on the message, and I'll reply as soon as I get it to set up a meeting with them. Given we've done so many of these integration now, we only need about 30 minutes with Pronto to figure out the best way of getting integrated with their system.
