Overview
Island Pacific provides a couple of configuration screens for your website integration. This help article describes how these screen need to be completed in order for Island Pacific to work correctly with Modern Retail's Integrator. This Integrator connects Island Pacific to Bigcommerce, Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce.
XML Parameters
The following variables can be set on the XML Parameters page:
- Sending Directory
Modern Retail will supply you with this directory location which most likely will be send - Receiving Directory
Modern Retail will supply you with this directory location which most likely will be receive - Access Mode
Please leave this as "Sever". - Apply Promotions
This option tells Island Pacific to send sale items to the website. This option will most likely be checked for most stores. - Send Zero SOH
This option sends items which have a quantity on hand (QOH) of zero. This option should never be checked because: (1) zero quantity items are handled in our Integration Middleware and (2) checking it has the potential to create a huge inventory file which will slow down the integration. - Consolidate Associated SOH
When this option is checked, inventory will be aggregated across all the stores and only one QOH value is sent for each item. Most stores elect to check this option. - Apply Debtor Rate to Orders
This option typically comes into play for B2B websites only. - Leave Orders Uncommitted
Leave this option unchecked if you fulfill your orders directly in Bigcommerce, Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Output Tags
The Output Tags options are easier; simply leave them all checked.
