We would love to help you get your website integrated with Teletec Systems. The following article describes your options around this integration:
I took a look at the Teletec Systems website but could not find any information about an application programming interface (API) or import/export capabilities (however, I may have missed it). If Teletec Systems has an API, then it would be fairly easy to get their API connected to our Middleware/API. If they don’t have an API, then we could always use Modern Retail's Inventory CSV/XML Uploader using FTP. We also have a variety of other methods that we’ve used over the years which we could also try.
May I make a suggestion? Could you please ask your client to e-mail their representative at Teletec Systems and let them know they’re interested in getting Teletec Systems integrated with their website? Ask them to copy both of us on the message, and I’ll immediately reply asking to set up a meeting with Teletec Systems. Getting our developers to talk with their developers, even for 30 minutes, makes a huge difference and can really help to “jump start” the integration efforts.
