Good Morning. We have an online Magento store which sells products that we have in our physical store and also those in warehouses of our suppliers.
We are considering a change of POS in the physical store - putting in Lightspeed and attaching it to Magento with integration, so that the products we have in the store are updated automatically. Could this be done, despite being in the store online products that we have in stock in the physical store?

This has caused our clients and Modern Retail a tremendous amount of grief because we can only synchronize our data with Lightspeed once a day, in the middle of the night. With today’s hustle and bustle world, this simply is not fast or frequent enough, and you should definitely consult Lightspeed about this problem when making your decision.
While we integrate with a bunch of POS/ERP systems, we’re not a consulting company that helps companies pick the perfect POS system for their business. Frankly, it will be very difficult for me to tell you which is the “best” system for you because “best” is relative to you and your needs. It is sort of like buying a car – I would have the same trouble picking out the make, model, color, interior, etc. for you.
