We're currently using a Wordpress site with WooCommerce (though WooCommerce isn't actually transacting now). Looking to integrate WooCommerce to our POS system esuite (www.esuite.com.au) which currently is weaved throughout the organisation in order to manage inventory, ordering and POS.
Basically, I want to find out the way at minimum to ensure:
- Online orders in WooCommerce are synced with eSuite for fulfillment purposes.
- Inventory displayed online is accurate based on the count in the eSuite single warehouse inventory.
- Customer data online is captured in eSuite.
But open to any other benefits to make this process smooth. Now my question to you is what info do you need to help us come up with a solution? I am happy to link you up to our eSuite developer in order to progress discussions, but I want to ensure that discussions are productive.

I believe the question now is “how” do we integrate with esuite? The following article describes our options around an integration with esuite:
I took a look at the esuite website but could not find any information about an application programming interface (API); however, esuite looks like a “cloud” based system, so my guess is one might be available. If esuite has an API, it would be fairly easy to get their API connected to our Middleware/API and get you integrated with WooCommerce. If they don’t have an API, then we could always use Modern Retail's Inventory CSV/XML Uploader using FTP. We have a variety of other methods that we’ve used over the years which we could also try.
What’s nice is that the integration with WooCommerce is already done! All we would need to do is the integration with esuite.
May I make a suggestion? Could you please e-mail your representative at esuite and let them know you’re interested in getting esuite integrated with your website? If you copy me on the message, I’ll immediately reply asking to set up a meeting with esuite. Getting our developers to talk with their developers, even for 30 minutes, makes a huge difference and can really help to “jump start” the integration efforts.
