How does your integration deal with clothing variations like size and color? How does it group them automatically from the POS system to WooCommerce Variable products?

Thank you for your interest in Modern Retail and our WooCommerce Integrator. The method varies slightly depending on the POS or ERP integration. Some systems give us a "style number" which uniquely identifies the group of products. For example, the POS system would send "Style12345" for all products where the sizes need to be associated with the same product. Other systems have "parent" and "child" IDs which does virtually the same thing. Finally, some systems don't have this concept at all, and in those cases, we need to figure it out using a combination of the "product name" and some other field that will uniquely identify the group.
Using this information, we automatically create all the variations in WooCommerce for the product.
