I've been told you do a yearly archive of our online products for us. Can you tell me when you will be doing the next one? We want it to exclude Alfred Stadler and Babette Basics as they are special order and will always have a "0" inventory.
Answer
Every night we run a script that checks your products and removes those that have had no inventory for more than 365 days. If you have a product marked as Allow Backorder, it obviously has no inventory therefore will not be removed. So, for your two brands, just make sure the Allow Backorder box is checked for every product and they will not be removed.
