We operate a small business located in St Paul, MN. We recently moved to WordPress and WooCommerce from ProStores. We seek a company that can work with our custom software provider to interact with WooCommerce for both online, as well as an in-store POS system, using the information (products, customers etc.) we have available on our current system.

My guess is the API method may be off the table for you because your system does not have an application programming interface. This leaves you with Modern Retail's Inventory CSV/XML Uploader:
The One-Way Integration is really not all that hard as long as you can provide us an inventory report as discussed in the above article. The Two-Way Integration may be a little more difficult if your software does not have a way to read and write files to and from FTP. If your software does have this capability, then heck, the Two-Way Integration would work for you just fine!
