I am currently working on a website for my client who owns a pizza shop. They are using a POS system called TouchSuite, and they want to integrate their current system with Woocommerce. Do you have any idea how I can go about doing this for them? They do not want to take the orders from their e-mail; they want the orders to print out straight to the TouchSuite system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, John

I took a look at the TouchSuite website, but I didn’t find any information on how to import/export data. I also didn’t find an API describing how to interface with the application.
As discussed in the link above, we have a variety of ways of connecting TouchSuite to WooCommerce, and I think the best course of action is set up a meeting with TouchSuite. Could you please ask your client to send TouchSuite an e-mail and copy you and me on the message? Please instruct your client to let TouchSuite know that they would like to work with us to get TouchSuite integrated with WooCommerce. As soon as I get the message, I’ll reply and try to set up a meeting with TouchSuite to see what sort of integration would make the most sense to them.

If I were to guess, I would say TouchSuite has an API. Given we have an API, it wouldn’t be too difficult to get their API talking with our API. You can read more about Modern Retail's Integration API here:
