We have recently changed our shipping policy and now require a signature when the package is delivered. Currently, we have to manually check that a signature is required, but can we make it automatic that a signature is required when we process online orders?
Answer
You can do this by going to Store Manager > Website > Shipping and checking the Require Adult Signature box.
