Processing Externally Charged Orders

Question

I was wondering if you could tell me the status of the orders that are still showing as new but that were charged outside of Modern Retail. We want to make sure we don't charge the customer again.

 

Answer

If you run the credit card outside Modern Retail, you still have to process the order in Store Manager. Just process the order as normal with the Process Credit Card box UNCHECKED.
