Adding Insurance to a processed order


I processed an order but want to go back to add insurance and adult signature required. Is it too late to do that?



Once the order has been processed, it cannot be changed. As an option, you could throw the label away (so you would not be charged for it), and then go to and create a new shipment with the insurance and signature required. The cost may be different, so if you want to have the customer pay for that, you would have to run another charge to the card outside of Store Manager using your virtual terminal or in-store swipe machine.
