That's why we make each and every Support Request accessible to you and your organization. We will never delete or hide a Support Request, and they remain available to you as long as you are a Modern Retail customer. This article describes how to access your open and closed Support Requests.
Viewing Support Requests
Accessing your Support Requests is easy, simply follow the directions below:
- Go to https://support.modernretail.com and login if necessary.
- Click on My activities at the top of the screen.
- Click on either My requests to see all of the requests you have created, or Organization requests to see all requests created by people in your company.
