I would like the consumer's order instructions to appear on the Picking Slip. Is that possible?

Yes, Modern Retail has implemented the PickPack extension on your website from Moogento so this is an easy configuration change.
Here's all you need you to do:
- Select the Moogento PickPack option from the System > Configuration menu in Magento.
- Select Yes next to Include order comments and decide where you want to show the comments.
