Inbox Shows Unread E-Mail

Question

Hello, my Modern Retail e-mail keeps showing that I have 1 new mail in my inbox, but I don't. Can you help clear that please? Thank you.

Try this:

With the inbox highlighted, check the little box to select all e-mail in your inbox, and then use the "More" drop down to select the "Mark as Read" choice.

This should get rid of the one unread e-mail.
