No one likes dealing with SPAM but unfortunately it is a necessity. This article describes how you can report and deal with SPAM with Rackspace Webmail.
Reporting SPAM
Reporting SPAM in Rackspace's Webmail is easy. Simply:
- Go to the top menu and select More
- Pick Report Spam from the list of options.
- Hit OK.
That's it!
Blocking SPAM (Blacklist)
Sometimes you simply reporting SPAM is not enough and you want to permanently block an email address or domain. Rackspace Webmail makes this easy as well.
- From the top-right menu select Settings.
- Select Spam Settings.
- Select Blacklist.
- Click Add.
- Enter the email address or domain you would like to block and hit Add.
That's it!
Using these tools you can greatly reduce the amount of SPAM reaching your inbox.
