Question

I am having trouble setting up my e-mail to sync with my iPhone 5S. I have gone through the tutorials a number of times but remain unable to get the server to talk to my phone.

 

Answer

The first step is to try to sign in using your e-mail and password here:

https://apps.rackspace.com

This will verify that the password you are using is correct. If so, then you should be able to use the setup wizard to walk you through the setup.
