European Sizes

Question

We have a new shoe line in from Brazil that is sized in Euro sizes (39-40 etc.). Can this be sold on our website like that? 

Answer

You can definitely use European sizes on the site. Your site will display whatever size grid you use in your POS. However, we recommend you edit the sizes in Store Manager so that they look like this:

* 6 (EU 36)

Most folks don't have a clue what size they wear in European sizes. Taking this approach will really help minimize returns and exchanges for you.

To make the edit, follow these steps:

1. Go into Product > Edit Options.
2. Scroll to the size listing and edit as needed.
3. Save when you're done.
