I executed a sale, but never received a pop-up window containing a mailing label. Is there another way to generate a shipping label?
Answer
The pop up window may have been blocked by your browser if you have a Pop-Up Blocker on. You can reprint the label any time by going to the History page of the order and clicking on the UPS Tracking Number link. This will open another window and allow you to "Reprint Label."
