The pick list that we print out for a web order just has on it what they bought; is there a way we could have on the bottom of the page a return thing? Like why they are returning?
Answer
The Picklist is a form page used by all our clients, so it is not able to be customized. It is also something you would not want to send to your customers, as it has their Fraud Risk Score. The pick list is meant for internal use only. I would recommend you have a separate piece of paper with a return form printed on it that you can include with the packing slip.
