Allow Backorder for Integrated Stores


How do we manage what sizes are available when using Allow Backorder?


This is an option for all stores but not the default setting. If you would like to do this, please submit a support request, and we will enable this for you first.

For stores that are integrated:

  1. Check the Allow Backorder box on the main product page.

    This will by default show all items associated with this product as available on the edit options page.

  2. You can then use the Allow Backorder field of each item to manage which items are included or not. 
  3. Click on the Edit button of the item you want to exclude from the product.

  4. Then uncheck the box and hit Update.

  5. This item will show as false and not show up on the site as a backorder option.
