I have been repeatedly disabled as a user in Store Manager for the customerservice@email address login. Why?

This can happen when someone tries to hack into your account. Your account will automatically get locked after 3 failed attempts. We don't have any way of preventing this type of attack and resetting someone's password. The only thing you can do is use a different e-mail address when logging into Store Manager. We can even create a alias if necessary.
