Question
We recently changed our free shipping policy to only cover orders $150 and over within the continental USA. We recently got an order from Hawaii that received the free shipping, and though its outlined in our shipping policy that we only offer free shipping within the continental USA, is there a way to block a customer from Hawaii from receiving free shipping at checkout?

You can exclude Hawaii and Alaska from free shipping by using the check boxes on the shipping page. Go to Store Manager > Website > Preferences > Shipping.
