I recently sent a bunch of pricing and inventory updates to Magento, but I don't see the changes reflected on the site. What's going on?
Answer
Sometimes when lots of changes are made in Magento, (and these can be anything - pricing, inventory, CMS pages, etc.) you need to clear the cache in order for the changes to take effect. To do this, go to System -> Cache Management ->
- Select All
- Submit
This will clear the cache on the site and you will be able to see the changes you made on your site. You may also have to clear your browser cache so that your browser is not loading an old version of the site.
