Does Magento support RMAs?
Answer
Only Magento Enterprise supports Return Merchandise Authorizations natively. However, there's a nice extension you can use from aheadWorks called RMA. Please let us known if you would like us to get this installed and configured for you. Standard rates apply to install, configure, test and rollout this extension.
