Unless you're an accountant, I suspect you feel as we do that bookkeeping is the bane of your existence. Well on Monday, September 2nd, Modern Retail will be rolling out a new invoice and estimating system that we hope will make it a little bit easier - on both of us. The new system uses a service called FreshBooks and the feedback we've received thus far suggests it is far better than our current billing system. FreshBooks has many useful features:

The invoicing features have been greatly improved. - Estimates
Modern Retail will provide estimates for all work requiring a day or more of effort. - Account Statement
Freshbooks makes it easy to see all invoices, payments, credits and your current outstanding balance (account statement). - Pay Now
Paying online is easier than ever before.
