I'm getting the following error whenever I compose or reply to an e-mail message in webmail:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input.
After a lot of back and forth between the client and Rackspace, this problem turned out to a problem with Chrome. Flushing Chrome temporary files and browser data solved the problem! Here are the steps to clear browsing data in Chrome.
Go to Settings menu.
At the bottom of the page, click on Show advanced settings ...
Just below that, you will see a button that says Clear browsing data ... click on it.
Neither Rackspace nor Modern Retail have ever seen this problem before, so I doubt it will come again in the near future - but you never know.
