Customer Entered Wrong Email Address


We just received an email via M.Retail from and when we try reply in Outlook express, it comes up as an invalid address. Is there any other way to contact her about her inquiry?


Sounds like you received this email from the Contact Us form on your website. It also sounds like she typed her email address in the form incorrectly. You can look for her name in Store Manager to see if she has a past order with you to get the correct email address. However, if she doesn't have an order, and has not sent you an email in past, I think you're stuck unless she sent you her phone number. I guess if you're really ambitious you can search for her online. Maybe you can find her correct address, Facebook page, etc.
