If we unsubscribe a person (ie. troublesome individual) from our subscriber list, will they be notified that they have been removed? We'd like to do it under the radar, without letting them know that we did it.....
Consumer will not get an Unsubscribe message when you remove them in Store Manager. To remove a person please go to Marketing > Subscribers in Store Manager and follow these steps:
- Enter their Email Address or Name in the space provided. Note, partial email addresses and names work as well.
- Click on the Find Subscriber(s) button.
- Check the box next to their name.
- Click on the Unsubscribe button.
When you follow these steps, the consumer will not get an email notification letting them know you've unsubscribed them from your mailing list.
