when we have a web sale, how can we get that customers info. (address, email, etc.) into our RIC's system? Do we have to do it manually or is there a way to download their info?
For customer information they are separate, you have to download the addresses from Store manager and then upload them to RICS and visa versa for in-store sales .
You can download your subscribers and shopper information using the "export to Excel " button in any of the reports in store manager.
The attached screenshot shows the shopper report , you can set the date range and then use the link to download the information.
