Can we add a line to the Auto Reply sent to the customer when the order is placed, which states "Your order has not yet been charged. It will be charged to your credit card when your order is shipped and you will receive notification at that time."
Answer
Yes, you can configure the message you want to display on the Order Confirmation Page and in the email that's sent to consumers by going to Website > Preferences > Checkout & Credit Cards. You can find it here:
Near the middle of the page you will see a section called Checkout Confirmation Message & Email. Completing this section will display a message both on the confirmation page in Checkout and in the email the consumer receives when they place their order on your website.
