Menu Access


I don't think think have access to all menus within Store Manager because I am only set up as "store user" not an administrator.  How do I change this?


Please ask a Store Administrator or your Account Owner to grant you access. They can give you access by going to Website > Users and clicking on your name.


Once there they just need to check off the menu items you need access to. 


Of course they can also make you a Store Administrator which give you access to all the menu items and allows you to do just about everything except items related to the account link major upgrades and cancelling service.
