The name of our business and store has changed and we need to update our UPS Registration. I have a new UPS shipper number.
Answer
This is something you can do right in Store Manager. Here are the steps:
- Go to Website >Set Up > UPS Registration
- Select No UPS Services and hit Save
- Go back into Set Up > UPS Registration
- Select UPS Rates and Service Selection, Package Tracking, Label Printing and hit Save
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register with UPS again.
