My customer click on the UPS link in the email we sent them but said it didn't work. I asked them to forward me the email and it's true it doesn't work. What's wrong?
Answer
If you look closely you'll see the UPS tracking number being split across 2 lines in the email, with the last 3 digits being on the second line. This can happen when the consumer's email program does not accept longer URL strings. If you copy and paste the entire URL into your browser you will see the correct UPS page.
