Overview
For a variety of reasons, you may want to see how many of a given product has been allocated for your orders. In this article, we'll show you how you can do that from the Products page in the Modern Retail Admin Panel.
Looking at Allocation
There are two ways to see how much of a product has been allocated. The first is to go to Products > List, and finding the product you're looking for in that list.
You can sort through products by any of the filters at the top of each column, including Name, Integration ID, Web ID, or ALU. From there, look at the Allocated column highlighted in the above photo to see the number of that product that has been allocated.
The second method is to head to Products > Search.
This is useful if you're looking for a specific product to find how much of it has been allocated. Simply type in the Name, Integration ID, or ALU (whichever value you know will work), and hit Search. This will pull up search results based on what you entered, and just like in the Product List page, you'll be able to see the amount allocated in the relevant column.
