On occasion, your customers may make a mistake when entering their address for an order. Depending on the mistake, this may make the order ineligible for Roadie, since if Roadie can't interpret the address, they won't know where to ship the order. In this article, we'll discuss what to do in this situation.
Fixing the Order
In order to solve this, simply edit the order inside your ecommerce platform to fix whatever the error is (a common one we've noticed is the address being on a separate line from the street name). Then, reset the order status so the order will flow into the Admin Panel correctly.
