Overview
Lightspeed has two different values for most items, one called the "Item ID" and another called the "System SKU". These values may appear to coordinate, especially if you have a small product catalogue, but they're completely unrelated. In this article, we'll talk about how you can see what each value is in Lightspeed.
Where to See These
Let's look at an example from Lightspeed.
The value in the URL, up top, is the Item ID. You can always see this in the URL for a product page, where it follows "&ID=". The System SKU (also referred to as a System ID), is the first item listed under IDs, in the center of the page.
