Requirements for Loyalty Information


There are a handful of requirements in Counterpoint for a customer's loyalty information to come through. If a customer's loyalty info doesn't come through, they will not be able to utilize loyalty features (earning & using loyalty points). In this article, we'll go over the requirements for loyalty information to be passed on.

Loyalty Requirements

Here are the two requirements for a customer's loyalty information to be used:

  1. The customer must have an email address.
  2. The customer must be assigned a Counterpoint loyalty program. The screenshot below shows where the loyalty program information is located in Counterpoint.
