Requirements for Loyalty Information

Overview

There are a handful of requirements in CounterPoint for a customer's loyalty information to come through. If a customer's loyalty info doesn't come through, then they wouldn't be able to utilize loyalty features (earning & using loyalty points). In this article, we'll go over what the requirements are for loyalty information to be passed on.

Loyalty Requirements

Here are the three requirements for a customer's loyalty information to be used:

  1. The Customer Ecommerce checkbox must be checked.
  2. The customer must have an email address.
  3. The customer must be assigned a CounterPoint loyalty code.
