There are a handful of requirements in Counterpoint for a customer's loyalty information to come through. If a customer's loyalty info doesn't come through, then they wouldn't be able to utilize loyalty features (earning & using loyalty points). In this article, we'll go over what the requirements are for loyalty information to be passed on.
Here are the three requirements for a customer's loyalty information to be used:
- The Customer Ecommerce checkbox must be checked.
- The customer must have an email address.
- The customer must be assigned a Counterpoint loyalty code.
