Can you clarify how the images from Counterpoint are pushed to the ecommerce platform? NCR Counterpoint only has one picture; will that one picture push to the platform, or will we have to load all images into BigCommerce?
Answer
We do not send images from Counterpoint to BigCommerce. Frankly, the image capabilities in Counterpoint are too limited, and we believe it would be confusing for customers to configure the 1st image in Counterpoint but the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. images and videos in BigCommerce. Instead, all images and videos are uploaded to BigCommerce directly.
