For a variety of reasons, you may need to cancel a ship from store order placed by a customer. In this article, we'll show you how to do that, and what steps outside the Admin Panel you need to take to make sure the order is fully cancelled.
Cancelling Orders in the Admin Panel
To start, head to the Orders menu under Shipping in the left hand menu in the Admin Panel. Here you'll see a list of all your ship from store orders, organized by default based on when the order was placed. You can use the search bars & options at the top of each column to filter for specific orders.
Once you've found the order you want to cancel, click on the Order Number (this is the second column, starting from the left) to open up the window for that specific order. On that window, you'll see a red button in the upper right hand corner labelled Cancel Order.
