We're planning on rolling out a number of tweaks and improvements to the Modern Retail CounterPoint integrator. This update should occur automatically, at no cost to you.
Fixes & Improvements
updateTicketHistory()
- Error trap null email address & skip.
- Invoice status changed from "order_history" to "invoice_history"
- Deposit tickets are now excluded from ticket history selection.
- "CNTRY <> 'NULL'" filter removed. If the value is NULL, then it defaults to "US".
- "PS_TKT_HIST_CONTACT.EMAIL_ADRS_1 LIKE "%A%" added.
- Error trap null customer "FST_NAM and _LST_NAM and replace with NAM.
- Now sends the order customer email address & name from customer record.
APIGetNewQuotes()
- When using shipmentID as the ticket number, the ticket number is made upper case.
- Phone number matching to customer record disabled for future release, with an enable/disable option.
- Now supports order company name in the Bill to & Ship to addresses.
APIGetNewTransactions()
- Added an error handling for duplicate eGiftCards
- Added an error handling for "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" thrown when the INtegrator is configured to use Gift Cards with PINS and PINS are not included with the Gift Card.

- Support added for 3rd party (BigCommerce) Gift Cards. If gfcenabled = False, then payment will be treated as a piability payment, if card value is in order.
- Now supports order company name in Bill to & Ship to addresses.
- Payment portion of Return type transactions. Returns were not being properly reflected in Sales History Reports.
getNewOrders()
- Fixed an issue with changing order liens to dropship.
- Phone number matching to customer record disabled for future release, with an enable/disable option.
- Support added for 3rd party (BigCommerce) Gift Cards. If gfcenabled = False, then payment will be treated as a liability payment, if the card value is in order.
- Now supports order company name in Bill to and Ship to addresses.
- Fixed an issue with the middleware confirmation being skipped when order out of balance and smtp were disabled.
CheckOrderThread()
- Now test CP database connectivity before attempting to import orders.
