Overview
Zero price items refer to any items with a price of 0. These most often occur during new product setup or configuration, or while configuring sales and promotions. In this article we'll discuss how we handle zero price items for our integrations and services.
Handling Zero Price Items
Zero Price items are not pushed to your e-commerce platform. This is to prevent accidents during production leading to customers getting free product. For clients using Epicor Eagle, we don't even push these items to the Admin Panel; for all other clients, we do list these items in the Admin Panel, but they aren't added to your e-commerce platform.
