Overview
As a security feature, Modern Retail locks users out of the Admin Panel after several failed login attempts. In this article, we'll talk a little bit more about how this works, why we do it, and how users can get un-locked.
Unlocking Users
Users are automatically unlocked 5 minutes after their final failed login attempt. This prevents brute force attacks (trying every conceivable password possibility) while preventing any inconvenience for users.
