Overview
We've found that sometimes the Magento User we ask all our clients to set up during onboarding can be deauthorized. This interrupts our integration from working, so we recommend fixing this as soon as possible. In this article, we'll go over a quick guide on how to tell if a user is authorized, and what to do to fix the issue.
Troubleshooting Users
Fortunately for Magento users, it's actually very easy to check whether or not a user or integration is authorized.
From the Magento page displaying a list of Integration users, you can see that the third column displays each user's authorization status. If someone on this list has Reauthorize in that column, that means you'll have to reauthorize that user to re-enable their access. This will also regenerate two of your Magento API keys, which will have to be re-entered in the Admin Panel. We recommend contacting Modern Retail with a support request from the Admin Panel so we can enter them for you.
